Empitex is a leading supplier of shirting and embroidered fabrics to major garment brands and retail outlets across India. We also export textiles and garments to various international markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and South America.
Weaving
The vertical contributes close to one-third of Group’s turnover, Weaving business is the growth engine of Empitex Fabrics.
Tarapur is the manufacturing hub of our weaving vertical. We have Brand new state of the art Toyota Airjet machines, Picanol Rapier machines, and Sulzer machines. This setup enables us to manufacture roughly 1.5 million meters of fabric every month.
Jacquard
The vertical is the latest addition to our manufacturing prowess, Weaving business is the growth engine of Empitex Fabrics.
We have recently installed Brand new Staubli 950 Jacquard machines, and will be receiving more by the end of this year.
Embroidery
In Umbergaon, the company boasts an advanced embroidery setup featuring Swiss Lasser and Saurer Schiffli machines and Japanese 30 and 50 head Tajima Multihead embroidery machines. This setup enables Empitex to produce around 400,000 meters of embroidered fabric monthly.
Garments
Producing the finest shirts which includes a mix of formal and semi formal shirts, Men’s Jallabiya, Omani, Men’s Sudanee, Empitex Group’s Garment division offers products focussed on ‘quality’, ‘functionality’ and ‘comfort’.
